Mercurial Mike Goes Retrograde

With my dominant victim mentality ( I'm currently working this problem out with my shrink, uh, I mean "life coach" )I will blame astrology anytime I can when the Internet acts up, and starting right now, today, it seems to be going haywire.

Blame it on Mercury Retrograde: Mercury, the planet, from Earth's perspective seems to be travelling backwards in the sign of Aquarius. Even if you don't believe in Astrology, be aware of any unusual Internet problems and blame it on that little planet!

At least it is not in Leo, which might greatly affect your luck in the casino. But also be careful travelling to and from Vegas during this period.

This awkward period begins a few days before the actual turning point (as Mercury slows) and lasts for three weeks or so, until February 19, when the Winged Messenger reaches his direct station. At this time he halts and begins his return to direct motion through the zodiac.

Everything finally straightens out on March 10, as he passes the point where he first turned retrograde. Mercury turns retrograde three times a year, as a rule, but the effects of each period differ, according to the sign in which it happens."
