Is it really that time again already?
As you probably know by now, the Nightclub & Bar convention is about to set down rnext week and it’s going to be the biggest hospitality convention the city has ever seen! Nightclub and bar owners and operators from around the country will be heading to Vegas to mix and mingle with the industry locals and we have three fantastic events lined up for your industry party needs.
On Monday, March 5th, we will be welcoming the return of The MAIN Event as we once again host the official Opening Night party honoring the Top 100 Nightclubs in the Country. Being billed as ‘The Greatest Party on Earth’, we will be taking over all four of the nightlife venues at The Palms (Playboy Club, MOON, RAIN and ghostbar). This is the third year we have hosted this party and each year gets crazier and crazier. We have Sammy Hagar opening up the party in Rain with Sammy Hagar’s Wild West Showdown which includes an incredible 2 DJ/4 Turntable set, DJs Keith Evans, Chris Garcia and Halo hosting the Outer Limits Experience in MOON, the Human Petting Zoo and DJ P in ghostbar and, of course, bunnies galore in the Playboy Club. With one simple RSVP you will gain admittance into all of these parties. With all of the craziness going on, we are focusing on building a very cool locals party in ghostbar with representatives of the Top 100 Nightclubs from both Vegas and around the country. This is probably the biggest party we will do all year, and potentially, the biggest party we have ever produced before! If that’s not a reason to attend, I don’t know what is.

On Tuesday, March 6th, we will be welcoming the national nightclub industry to join the locals at one of the hottest parties anywhere in the country, PURE Tuesday’s at PURE Nightclub. LVFBM and PURE have joined forces to throw an industry party that will show the nation just why PURE is one of the hottest nightclubs anywhere in the world. Spinning a very rare weekday set will be nationally recognized spinster DJ AM, who will set-up shop in the main room and guarantees to impress. Additionally, we will be hosting a very special VIP area within PURE where we will be sharing our very favorite vodka, Ketel One, with all of our industry friends until 11:30P. Get there early, get there late, just get there!

On Wednesday, March 7th, we will be joining our friend Sean Christie as he launches his new Industry Wednesday’s at LURE Ultra Lounge at Wynn Las Vegas. This will be the unofficial closing party for the convention and should be a great local party as we combine our promotional efforts to re-launch LURE. DJs Dig Dug and Miss Joy will be manning the turntables and the intimate size of LURE should provide a great backdrop for a fantastic night.

"We all know big George Dubya is having some issues right now; his job performance rating is at an all-time low, gas prices are at an all-time high, and there is no perceivable exit strategy from Iraq. Bush and the United States House of Representatives has invited Politz to serve as Honorary Chairman of the House Majority Trust and represent the state of Nevada at the 2006 President’s Dinner. Of course, all of this follows last year’s appointment of Politz as Honorary Chairman to Bush’s Business Advisory Council. Don’t worry, Politz knows D.C. like the back of his hand, he grew up there!"
